About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. This strategic role will drive financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis to support decision-making across DEPT Americas. You will partner closely with senior leadership to deliver financial insights that shape our growth strategy and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support decision-making.
- Provide detailed variance analysis, identifying key business drivers and risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to track performance, optimize resources, and drive financial accountability.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including P&L reviews and executive dashboards.
- Build data-driven presentations and reports that inform leadership and support board-level discussions.
- Identify and implement process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and business analytics.
- Lead or support special projects such as pricing analysis, and operational optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
- 5+ years of FP&A or related experience, ideally within a fast-paced, PE-backed, or tech-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan), and data visualization platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
