We are looking for an experienced Interaction Designer (div/f/m) based in Switzerland to join our local team and craft digital experiences that meet user needs and achieve client goals. As part of our team, you will design solutions that tackle complex challenges while delivering real value to users. Working as a Senior Interaction Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects for global and regional Love Brands, creating work that stands out and leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts for complex digital products using a user-centered design approach.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of designs.
- Manage the design process in close collaboration with project teams, including project management, UX research, and development.
- Provide expert guidance to clients and present compelling design concepts.
- Design and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Uphold high standards in project planning and ensure quality control throughout all project phases.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and supporting clients with training on design-related topics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance design practices and processes.
What we are looking for
- Several years of experience as an Interaction Designer specializing in the conception and implementation of digital products
- A proven track record of agency experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of client collaboration and managing dynamic project workflows.
- A balance of creative and analytical thinking, enabling effective solutions for complex challenges.
- Expertise in Figma, with hands-on experience in design systems, interactive components, and animated prototypes.
- A solid understanding of design principles and current trends within the UX field.
- Strong skills in articulating and presenting design decisions clearly and convincingly to diverse audiences.
- Full accountability for projects, with experience mentoring and guiding junior designers.
- A mindset that values teamwork, flat hierarchies, and mutual respect, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- A commitment to continuously refining and evolving design standards within the team.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
