This role will be part of our Experience & Technology team. We combine our skills in developing future-ready digital touchpoints with our expertise in creating beautiful and data-driven designs to deliver exceptional and engaging experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Gant, Inter Milan, bol.com and Just Eat Takeaway.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an eager Conversion Optimisation team lead who can drive the CRO team to make a major impact in projects for our clients. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a CRO Team Lead, you are an absolute expert when it comes to Conversion Rate Optimisation. You act as an adviser for our clients from operational optimisation workstreams towards strategic and data-driven (re)design projects. 

You are equipped to build and guide our CRO team, as part of our UX design department. Besides coaching and team management, this means that you are happy to join and run (CRO) pitches and create new CRO service offerings for our existing clients. Based on data analysis, experience and upcoming trends/innovations, you are capable of providing our clients, (UX) teams and CRO colleagues with proper advice on which optimisation steps to take. 

Next to this strategic work, you are also experienced with the hands-on CRO work and you like to map out problems and opportunities based on data, validate ideas through qualitative and quantitative research and (AB)test the best possible solutions. You will improve the overall conversion rates across a number of our key clients’ websites together with our design and development teams. You’ll be responsible for identifying a website’s key conversion points and building a roadmap of A/B and personalisation tests to increase conversion rates further.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • An entrepreneurial person that is keen to build and bring our CRO team to the next maturity level.
  • Has an intrinsic drive to constantly make things better, more efficient or more effective;
  • Has people skills and is a coach and advisor to the team members and strategic partner for management;
  • Agency mindset and experience; knows how to initiate improvements and new approaches within client teams;
  • Has at least 5+ years experience in conversion rate optimisation, UX and/or the psychology behind digital interfaces;
  • Has experience with a couple of most used Analytics and CRO tooling is a must (among others; GA4, ContentSquare, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, Convert, VWO, ABtasty, Airtable, etc)
  • Brings solid communication and presentation skills and feels comfortable interacting with various interdisciplinary stakeholders, both internally and at the client;  
  • Are one of those ambitious people who can switch from serious to play in a heartbeat.
