JOB PURPOSE

You love PS? We do too! We are looking for you as Client Service Director (m/f/div) in Digital Marketing for a Europe-wide lead automotive account.

At the intersection of creativity, data and technology, you will work with our expert teams to develop customized solutions for project implementation. As a Client Service Director (m/f/div) you are 100% entrepreneurial and always put the client and their goals at the centre of your actions. You love to work in an international environment? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- You are responsible for overseeing the centrally managed and locally based client service team (Account Management, Project Management & Operations).

- You will coordinate a dedicated client service team to ensure optimal customer and project support.

- You have full budget and profitability responsibility, proactively and strategically develop the relationship with our clients. 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Based in Germany (Hamburg preferred) 

- Have a degree in marketing, communications, media or similar

- Have professional experience as a Client Service Director (m/f/div), ideally in an agency environment, and have experience in an international context

- Strong automotive background and experience

- Experience managing multiple teams based across EMEA

- Highly competent in running internal finance monitoring, reporting as well as profit forecasts 

- Have many years of professional experience in managing projects with seven-figure annual budgets 

- Are characterised by a high level of emotional competence and are a team player and empathetic

- Grasp complex correlations quickly and holistically; you are open, communicative and see the big picture

- Speak German + English fluently 

- Based in Germany (Hamburg preferred) 

- Are characterised by a structured, analytical and independent way of working
