JOB PURPOSE:
DEPT® Australia is looking for a Senior Digital Producer to join the team on a full-time, fixed-term basis (maternity leave cover). The role purpose is to manage the successful development and delivery of innovative digital products and solutions for our clients. In this role will work closely with our design and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of several digital projects. You will play a key role in advocating for our clients by nurturing the client relationship and ensuring that their voice is being injected into the strategy and product development process.

This fixed term contract will commence as soon as possible, and run for approximately 8 months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This broad role will cover:
- Direct and manage project delivery engagements from the project initiation to completion
- Define and control project costs, scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with the Programme Manager and the client
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications activities
- Work closely with the Account Director to estimate and plan the resources required for the inception and build phase
- Continually advocate for the client and ensure their voice is being injected into the product and delivery strategy
- Optimize the client relationship by developing a trusted partnership. Continually seek and recommend further business development opportunities, when they arise
- Effectively communicate project progress with all relevant stakeholders (both external client and internal project team). Ensure the client’s expectations are aligned and communicated with the team
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track these milestones and deliverables as required.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
- Proactively manage change requests in the project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans
- Ensure effective adherence to DEPT® processes in line with best-in-class project delivery methodologies
ABOUT YOU:
- Senior experience leading a project or service delivery team
- Strong Account Management and Project Management skills
- Experience in Commerce and/or Adobe will be extremely highly regarded
- Experience operating in an agile environment, delivering complex digital projects and products
- Significant client service and complex stakeholder management experience
- A thorough understanding of the project life-cycle and project management principles
- Working knowledge of Project Management software or similar applications
- Sound knowledge of how information and technology contribute to business performance
- Proven experience in the successful management of clients, through demonstrated commitment to stakeholder success, quality and service
- An ability to think outside the box
- Very strong problem-solving and communication skills
- The ability to influence and engage with all clients and internal team members
