Senior Project Manager - Growth (m/f/div)

We are looking for skilled and driven Project Managers at various levels—Junior, Medior, and Senior—to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, while ensuring client satisfaction. Our projects span across various disciplines, and we need professionals who can coordinate teams effectively, communicate clearly with clients, and maintain a strong focus on results.
JOB PURPOSE
As a Project Manager at DEPT®, you will be responsible for directing project teams and facilitating collaboration across various disciplines. Your goal is to deliver high-quality work within the allocated time frame and budget, ensuring that the project meets or exceeds client expectations.
You will manage and deliver complex growth-related projects independently, ensuring that they are completed within the specified time frame and budget. You will lead the project team, mentor junior colleagues, and maintain direct communication with clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead complex growth-related projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring they meet client expectations
- Mentor medior and junior project managers and guide them through their development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Ensure all projects are completed within budget, time frame, and quality standards
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 4-7 years of agency experience as a Project Manager.
- Fluent in German and English
- Full command of project management methodologies and techniques.
- Knowledge of paid media, SEO, SEA, Data analytics
- Ability to manage complex projects independently.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide others.
