As a Junior Publisher Manager, you are responsible for building, expanding and maintaining relationships with publishers. You have experience with affiliate marketing, and you have an existing network of publishers. You score (many) bonus points if you also have (micro) influencers in your network that you enjoy working with. The Partnerships team is growing very quickly. We have a lot of ambition and in this role you'll get the possibilities and opportunities to contribute to this.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand our network and maintain our current relationships with publishers;
  • Recruit, communicate actions and promotions;
  • Share campaigns and promotional materials;
  • Ensure that publisher relationships are maintained.

Digital Marketing at DEPT®:

  • A group of analytical and performance-driven colleagues that will feel like friends in no-time;

  • If you grow, we grow. That’s why we’ll cheer you on [and support you] with personal coaching, a development plan and budget;
  • Projects that work for you as well as the other way around. From short and snappy to more in-depth: whatever fits your ambition;
  • Clients that will make you feel like a proud ambassador, like Philips, Just Eat Takeaway and bol.com;
  • Best of both worlds: the pros of an international leading agency with the energy of your next door agency.

We strongly support diversity and are committed to create an inclusive environment for everyone at DEPT®. Ultimately, we are looking for a unique individual who wants to strengthen our work and community.

You:

  • Have finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s program;
  • Have at least 1 year of experience with affiliate marketing and publishers (preferably on the agency or advertiser side). Experience with Partnerize is a plus;
  • Are experienced in deploying the full funnel within affiliate marketing via, among others, micro influencers and bloggers;
  • Have experience in setting up collaborations with micro and meso influencers, or you are interested in learning this;
  • Master the English and Dutch language both when it comes to speaking and writing — other languages such as German and French are an advantage.

Even if you don’t meet all the requirements or have a different work background, consider applying for this vacancy if you think you are the right fit for the job! Of course we love talent, but we’re also looking for a suitable addition to our DEPT® culture. Because that’s what makes everything more fun: from Monday morning meetings to Friday afternoon mixers and everything in between.
