We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Director to join our Central leadership team, based in either Illinois or Wisconsin. This candidate will have a successful track record in enterprise software sales leadership positions and will be a critical part of Box's growth in the Midwest.

Who You Are
The successful candidate will lead a team of Account Executives, with responsibility for Enterprise accounts in the IL/WI region. You will directly manage a team up to 8 field sales professionals and you will build and own the long-term strategy for your region. You will also be focused on mentoring your extended team of Inside Sales professionals and SEs and will need to work closely with your peers in Systems Engineering, Consulting and Field Marketing leadership
Executive presence, strategic thinking and the ability to inspire your team (both direct reports and extended team members)to achieve optimal performance are all critical to success in this role.

8+ years of solution sales experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations
3+ years managing and leading a successful field sales team
Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management
Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
