We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Content Manager to join the Global Digital Team from our Warsaw office. The ideal candidate is fluent in German and English, passionate about technology, and experienced in managing B2B and B2C marketing website content. Supporting both the Digital and Campaign content localization needs as relates to the box.com/de-de/ website, the successful candidate will also have experience working with cross-functional Brand teams to update design and copy assets.
- Collaborate with the global web team and regional marketing manager to manage/update our German website content while ensuring alignment with Box's brand voice and messaging
- Work alongside global digital and regional cross-functional teams to translate, update or develop engaging content that drives organic traffic, increases website conversions, as well as supports localized campaigns
- Manage long-format German language translation work with translation agency
- Work with global digital team to create and maintain a DE website content calendar to include coming content updates, and identify areas of opportunity for improving the Ecommerce/self-serve journey
- Optimize web pages for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and meta descriptions
- Learn to monitor website performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and onsite testing
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Passion for writing, technology innovation, along with an interest in supporting campaign localization efforts
- Experience with web CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with (or willingness to learn) Adobe Analytics tool to track site performance
- Foundational understanding of Marketing website strategy including: content and messaging alignment, digital journey, lead generation, revenue/e-commerce and traffic acquisition
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) site tagging, keyword application, best practices are a plus
