While growing our customer base at a record pace, we are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Director to join our South region sales management team. This candidate will have a track record of enterprise software sales focused on content management or related segments to increase our go-to-market operations.

Who you are
In order to be a successful Director at Box, you will be skilled at leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives covering customer segments that are 2,000+ employees, with responsibility for quota in the South region. You will directly manage a team up to 10, while hiring to increase coverage in the region, and mentor and coach direct team members (plus inside sales) to execute against revenue targets.
Managing with data, executive engagement, and the ability to organize accounts for optimal performance are among the top abilities it takes to be successful in this role.
