The role

Our Client Services team help clients gain agility and find opportunities where others see adversity. The team helps clients, and their brands, gain profitable growth by thriving in an accelerated pace of change where disruption is the norm. We exist to help brands compete in an ever-changing and highly competitive world. To do our work effectively, we must have the highest standards and most efficient practices. This is where Client Coordinators come in.

The Client Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Client Services function to ensure client satisfaction by helping deliver projects on scope, on time, and on budget.  The Client Coordinator will assist on client accounts or brands that are part of a larger portfolio for which a Senior Client Manager or Director is accountable. The Client Coordinator may also seek ways to grow existing business and add value to other new business pursuits. 

What we’re looking for

A Client Coordinator who embraces and displays passion and curiosity for all the Landor & Fitch capabilities, including brand performance, strategy, expression, experience, management, and cultural transformation. We are looking for someone exceptionally organized with systems for tracking and managing time and who can build strong relationships, internally and externally to best collaborate with the wider team - designers, strategists, production/implementation, etc. - ensuring high quality deliverables are delivered on time and on budget.
