What you’ll do
Provide creative leadership by leading design teams and creative projects, working on one of our FMCG clients. Guide and direct to deliver the very best strategy and design for our client.
- Work with Creative Directors and fellow Design Directors to establish future creative vision.
- Evaluate design options, providing constructive critique to develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and creative brief.
- Promote and develop creative thinking, coaching and nurturing junior team members.
- Evaluate and develop competitive and breakthrough design strategies and plans.
- Partner and interact with internal teams and clients to deliver transformative, creative work and ensure client satisfaction on all projects.
What you’ll need
- Previous experience as a senior creative or a director in a similar role, guide and mentor a creative team and a sizeable output of work, across areas of brand and design, with a specific focus on brand expression and packaging.
- Experience in new brand creation and innovation a plus.
- The ability to manage the complete delivery of projects with creative impact on brief and on time.
- Outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat) .
- Excellent and current creative and design trend knowledge and skills.
- An ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally.
- A solutions-driven outlook, fuelled by curiosity and an innovative mind.
- Fluent in both German and English is a must.
