What we're looking for

The Executive Strategy Director will play a key leadership position that drives the success of clients, and Landor. Externally, they will grow larger, long-term relationships and become the go-to advisor for executive-level clients. They will help build practices and mentor team members across the region to grow the capabilities of our offer. They will create lasting impact by being part strategic advisor, part client developer, and part team builder. They will inspire and lead teams to solve clients’ toughest brand and business challenges.

  • You will have extensive experience in brand strategy, a strong balance of thought and action, and a passion for understanding a client’s business and arriving at insights that solve their challenges via their brand. 
  • You will be an analytical, critical thinker with an expert-level understanding of branding, business, and strategic planning. 
  • You will have proven experience leading large complex projects with executive business acumen. 
  • You will have an inherent curiosity and be an innovative thinker with the ability to see the big picture, present and future, and explore possibilities with the client. 
  • You will be results-focused and collaborative and possess an enthusiastic approach grounded in firm strategy. 

 

What you’ll need

You will have a strong balance of thought and action. You have a passion for understanding a client’s business and arriving at insights that solve their challenges via their brand. You will be an experienced analytical, critical thinker with an expert-level understanding of branding, business and strategic planning. You will have proven experience leading large complex projects with executive business acumen across multiple markets and channels. You will have an inherent curiosity, be an innovative thinker, and bring insights and cutting-edge solutions to the table. You are able to see the big picture, present and future, and explore those possibilities. You are results-focused, collaborative, passionate, enthusiastic and tech savvy.
