What you’ll do
Our Senior Designers explore and conceptualise design options and solutions that maintain our vision and creative beliefs – ‘great ideas expertly and beautifully crafted and delivered with rigour and flair’. They work in conjunction with the Design Directors and Designers in our Creative Studio to evaluate design options, develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and the creative brief.
The specific Senior Designer role we’re looking to fill is to join a dedicated client team, to develop creative, on-brand design approaches to a range of strategic design challenges, in both digital and print.
What you’ll need
A bright designer with a keen eye and a sense of humour, a finger on the pulse of design trends, the confidence to work closely with clients, and a taste for challenge. You will have significant experience in a similar role, ideally within branding, and outstanding skills in the use of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Experience in motion design would be a benefit. You are a strategic thinker who can problem solve as well as being highly organised with ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities whilst sticking to tight deadlines.
