Description
Effective immediately, we are looking for a Client Manager for our EMEA team who will evangelise the role that music and sound can play in building brand equity and help us continue being a trusted advisor and provider of sonic branding for the world's biggest brands.
Responsibilities
- You are the main intersection and point of communication between our clients and our internal departments (Growth, Creative team, Production).
- You work closely with the customer to understand their needs and requirements.
- You identify new project opportunities with existing clients and follow-up in tight collaboration with our Growth team.
- You prepare client presentations for both existing and potential clients, coordinating with other departments.
- You develop and maintain excellent, long-term relationships with clients.
- You excel in planning and ensuring timely delivery to the client.
- You create reports and regular updates to meet client goals and manage expectation.
- You organise client workshops and generate briefings and presentations, both internally and externally.
- You work autonomously, with supervision from the Head of Client Services, and collaboratively with other team members, demonstrating a commitment toward shared goals and a willingness to learn and take the initiative.
- You help our Growth team meet business objectives by developing and implementing strong account strategy.

Qualifications
- Experience as a successful account or client manager in an international business environment.
- Fluent in English (English is the company language).
