What you’ll do
- Lead multiple client projects – primarily in Middle East and Africa
- Be hands-on and expertly manage all phases of a market research study
- Be responsible for overall deliverable quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
- Strategically manage client relationships and projects from stakeholder management, execution & analysis, vendor & team management
- Lead junior members of the Brand Performance team across the region
- Collaborate with brand strategists, organisational culture experts, creative designers, and other colleagues to deliver data-driven, relevant insights and recommendations for our clients
- Support the development of Brand Performance offer across topics, markets, and sectors
- Responsible for driving commercial growth for Brand Performance across Middle East Africa
What you’ll need
- Extensive experience across a range of research (quantitative and qualitative) methodologies, and analytical tools such as Conjoint, Regression, Cluster, Brand Valuation, etc.
- Several years experience in the Middle East (preferably UAE or KSA)
- The incumbent should be either working at a leading market research agency or client side (i.e., corporate or consumer brands)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). Proficiency in Arabic will be preferable.
- Excellent presentation and story-telling skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A team player who enjoys working with others and being part of a collaborative environment
