What you’ll do 

  • Understanding, ensuring and coordinating the optimal use of resources for each department in close collaboration with the team leads (strategy, design, CS).
  • Interface between the Paris and Milan studio and the rest of the network
  • Prepare and moderate biweekly internal meetings to plan the resources.
  • Report and update biweekly the internal resource managing software
  • Ensure a consistent resource planning process across locations and departments.
  • Provide regular reporting to accounts and monthly KPI reporting directly into our Finance Director.  
  • Freelancer management (forecasting freelancer needs and requirements, procurement and coordination of freelancers in close coordination with the Finance)

What you’ll need 

  • A project manager or resource manager who has experience working within an agency.
  • Organisational and detail-oriented person who knows how to prioritise. 
  • You are proactive, agile, solution-oriented by nature and an amazing team player who loves working with people. You have a lot of leadership and know how to navigate easily among several key stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and French
  • You are used to working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Time management is one of your biggest skills as well as the ability to multitask.
