Job Duties & Responsibilities

We exist to help brands compete in an ever-changing and highly competitive world. Our Senior Client Managers help set the standards for seamless process management, and identify opportunities to grow client relationships. They work closely with the Strategy, Creative, Engagement and naming teams to provide the client with a holistic relationship across the agency.

Required experience

A Senior client manager, with over 7 years' experience who has flawlessly built relationships with clients and within the office.

Qualifications and Skills

You will be strong at relationship building and passionate about relationships. You will be a diplomat who does not fear confrontation. You will be able to work independently but thrive in a team setting. You will be a strategic thinker, an expert communicator in Mandarin and English, an optimist and enthusiast who is results focused and a skilled planner. It will be perfect if you have some new business development experience.
