Box Japan is looking for a Japan Industry Marketing Manager to drive marketing campaign strategy and executions targeting to the focused industries.  Box is growing fast. Real fast. As the leader in cloud content management, Box is the only company that can help enterprises transform how people work together. The marketing team is playing a big role for growing our business.

 

In this role, you will drive all marketing activities from raising awareness to the pipeline generation programs by conducting integrated marketing campaign nevertheless of offline or online working with other team members. This role will work with sales teams and strategic partners. 

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Awareness/Mind share: you will seek and work with media the target audiences get information to raise awareness.
  • Demand generation: plan and execute demand generation and lead progression events, seminars, and other marketing programs. Give prospects awareness and turn them to MQL to generate marketing sourced leads and progress them to pipelines with the stakeholders that is not only marketing but other departments.
  • Understanding the marketing funnel or “AISAS.”
  • Working with other program owners for example but not only, Digital/Inbound marketing and Product marketing to maximize effectiveness.
  • We expect you to manage a marketing team sometime in your career.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • BA/BS required. 
  • 10+ years in marketing
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Candidates need to have logical thinking, analytic view and take data-oriented approach. 
  • Team-work oriented and a positive, self-starter and generate own tasks
  • Innovative thinker and having hospitality.
  • Must have the experience in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using FSA and Marketing Automation (SFDC and HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is required.
  • Experience of people management and coaching is plus.
  • Experience in digital marketing is plus.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English.
