The Solutions Marketing team was born out of customers' needs to seek solutions that accelerate their digital transformation and fuel their modern business processes. Our team threads all of our epic products and services together to showcase cohesive Box solutions.
Delivering complete solutions to power modern business processes is critical to increasing the value we bring to our customers and to Box's long-term growth. At Box, we don't view each new technology solution we sell as a standalone offering but as a partnership. Box Customer Success – which includes Customer Success Managers, Box Consulting, and Premier Services – helps our customers get the most out of Box and transform their business. We are looking for a Solutions Marketer Manager to drive the positioning of our CS organization, ensure customers see the value that Box is bringing them, and lead full funnel marketing programs for Box Consulting.
Be the marketing lead for Box Consulting, partnering closely with Box Consulting leaders to define, communicate and execute the go-to-market strategy for our service offerings
Continuously improve our Box Consulting value proposition, including creating marketing, sales and enablement materials
Drive full-funnel demand generation, including through sales enablement, webinars, targeted plays and more
Ensure Box's overall Customer Success offering is positioned powerfully across our go-to-market materials
Work closely with the Customer Success Manager team to carry through our Solutions framework to front-line customer interactions
Drive the implementation of our content maturity model throughout our services teams and across the GTM and product organizations
4+ years in B2B marketing, preferable in the enterprise SaaS space
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage dozens of moving pieces across multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Experience operating in highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
Ability to create clear and compelling messages as well as a willingness to roll up sleeves to create externally-facing assets or internal deliverables
Strong presentation skills with ability to educate and inspire small groups and conference audiences
Some experience in customer-facing role preferred but not required
