  • You are well versed with Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • You are a great communicator whether its messaging passive talent or setting clear expectations with hiring managers.
  • You care about your candidates and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure their experience is a good one.
  • You are incredible at multitasking and can juggle various recruiting priorities and working with multiple hiring managers.
  • You are excellent on the phone and can qualify a wide range and variety of engineers.
