About the Role

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will support Anaplan’s Sales Analytics and Planning team in designing, implementing, and analyzing our global sales incentive compensation plans in line with our Go-To-Market strategy and growing business. We are dedicated to developing clear compensation plans that inspire and reward our growing sales force. In this role, you will handle the daily operations of our compensation programs and partner with Finance, HR and Sales Leadership. You will drive the execution on the compensation target to delivery process. Support performance and analysis of compensations programs

What we look for:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in sales operations with a high-growth global company, ideally in the SaaS space
  • You have knowledge of sales compensation plan designs and the sales process
  • You have robust analytical skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts)
  • You have familiarity with Salesforce and Incentive Compensation Management tools
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are not afraid of large sets of data and you are able to detect patterns (data collection, modeling scenarios, clear presentation of findings)
  • You are highly self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • You work collaboratively with Finance and HR teams to drive outcomes
  • You take personal pride in the accuracy of your work and the way that you solve problems

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior Anaplan experience, either as an end-user or model-builder
  • Exposure to Territory and Quota operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Account or equivalent
  • Experience interfacing with sales executives and management
  • Familiarity with Rules of Engagement, Data Governance practices and other elements of a growing sales organization
