主な担当業務:
世界レベルのセールスチームの一員として、Anaplanプラットフォームを活用した新しいビジネスを促進します。
現時点では日本市場を対象に以下の活動に従事します。
- 潜在顧客である大企業とのやり取りを通じて、連携していない業務プロセスや問題点を明らかにし、それらを解決するAnaplan 独自の能力と顧客への提供価値を明確に説明する。
- 業種に特化したソリューション、デモ、メッセージを作り上げる。潜在顧客が抱える業務課題を解決できるカスタマイズされた POC モデルを構築する。
- 潜在顧客の複雑な環境を理解し、Anaplanソリューションの採用を促進する。
- ソリューションの専門知識についてチーム内でクロストレーニングを行い、自身の専門分野の拡充も行う。
- 市場での製品認知度を高める。
条件:
必須条件:
- コンサルティング企業、又は業務アプリケーションプロバイダーでの5年以上のEPM/FP&Aに従事した経験、又はプリセールス活動経験
- 顧客のニーズに耳を傾けソリューションに関する共有ビジョンを形作ることでコンサルタントとしてのスキルを発揮し販売する能力
- 多次元モデル、ビジネス インテリジェンス、又はアナリティクスの経験
- 新しいテクノロジーを素早く習得するスキル
- 優れたプレゼン能力、クライアントとの関係構築スキル、社内外両方での対人スキル
- 従来の方法を抵抗なく見直すことができる順応性
- コミッションベースの報酬プランでの成功を目指せる姿勢
- 精神面の成長を目指す姿勢
- BS/BA
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
