Your role

  • Coordinate with sales leadership and the global sales enablement team to define sales enablement priorities and build, deploy and supervise enablement programs.
  • Act as a liaison between cross functional teams.
  • Build, edit and approve content to educate the sales team to advance deals with development of use case studies, competitive information, persona understanding and custom work.
  • Train sales team on the best use of sales enablement materials, sales tools, onboarding and product updates.
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team.
  • Provide mentorship on sales calls and demos, as needed.
  • Help the global enablement team and cross functional SMEs to ensure the sales enablement content repository (Highspot and Anaplan Academy) are easily and readily accessible and kept up to date on an ongoing basis.
  • Resolve content adoption and success metrics and keep the Global GTM Enablement dashboard up to date with customer satisfaction and business metrics for EMEA sales.
  • Define sales enablement standard processes and facilitate and produce a cadence of regular onboarding and ongoing development workshops (virtual or face to face)
  • Conduct and report on results and surveys.
  • Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
  • Drive high standards and values for our enablement team and brand.
  • Ability to mentor others for success and personal development.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; Sales, business, and marketing majors preferred.
  • Enterprise Sales Experience is essential for this role. A significant background in successful, value based, complex business sales will be needed to create credibility in front of sales leaders. 
  • Client Facing Experience, gravitas in a sales, customer success, presales or sales support required. 
  • Adept and practiced presentation skills with demonstrated examples of influencing sales persons from SDR to Sales Management
  • Experience with sales enablement and learning management tools preferred i.e.. Brainshark, Mindtickle, Saleshood etc.
  • Experience with learning tools i.e. Camtasia, Captivate, Kahoot, Mentimeter etc.
  • Experience facilitating virtual workshops.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional social skills and high Emotional Intelligence.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Standout colleague with strong communication skills.
