Your Impact

We seek an Administrative Assistant to work in partnership with our Executive Assistant in our Paris office.  PLEASE NOTE  that we are looking for someone to start immediately.  Supporting our busy Go To Market team, you will: 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3 Regional VPs and their team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle communication and correspondence with discretion and professionalism, ensuring information is shared timely and accurately.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage and maintain files and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Support the team with project management and execution, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clear and professional correspondence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with virtual meeting technologies (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Mac environment.
  • Fluent in French, and English (and any other European languages would be a plus but not mandatory).
  • Ability to participate in hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office once office is officially open.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount, given the nature of the work and the information handled.
