・お客様の製品活用状況を把握・分析し、ビジネス課題を解決するためのシステム活用方法のコンサルティングや、追加導入の機会発掘など
・弊社製品がお客様の実現したい計画業務に応じて構築していくプラットフォームのため、テクニカルな知見を活かしながらのサポート(このため、既存メンバーには開発経験などテクニカルなバックグラウンド多数)

・業務用アプリケーションソフトウェア領域(プランニング、アナリティクス、BIなど)の経験
・クラウドサービスに関する経験
・IT、システム構想策定など上流工程に携わった経験
・カスタマーサクセス経験
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力、日常会話レベルの英語
