Anaplan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Programs Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of the company's partner program strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, program development, and channel sales within the technology industry.  

This role requires a strong organizer, operator, and consensus-builder who can own the design, development, and management of Anaplan PartnerAccelerate and other programs to support partners and increase their value-add to our joint customers. The ideal candidate is experienced with program development and working cross-functionally with Partner Sales leaders, Legal, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing and Technical teams to scope and build requirements for programs that will solve partner, customer, and industry challenges. Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-started, and have a strong bias for action.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Own and evolve a comprehensive partner program strategy to drive partner engagement, market differentiation, value for partners, and revenue growth. 
  • Design, implement, and maintain program governance and policies in alignment with Legal to ensure compliance, partner experience, and intended outcomes, including ensuring implementation quality for customers.  
  • Own and manage program related communications to partners and to internal stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing alignment of partner program objectives with overall business goals, including sales, marketing, enablement, customer success, and more. 
  • In collaboration with these cross functional teams, drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement initiatives to support partner success and growth. 
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and incentive management across and within global geographies. 
  • Serve as a business owner and subject matter expert on partner program best practices and industry trends. 
  • Evaluate and create new programs and incentives to address the evolving needs of the business.  
  • Support strong relationships with key partners across the global ecosystem. 

You have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the technology industry. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partner programs that drive revenue growth. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
