Anaplan is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Delivery Strategy and Operations Director to spearhead our efforts in enhancing delivery strategy, maximizing resource utilization within our Professional Services organization, and elevating the success of customer implementations led by both Anaplan and our Partner ecosystem. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence and shape the direction of our Professional Services division, contributing to the success of Anaplan and its clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to transform the delivery approach of Anaplan's Professional Services, aligning with company objectives and market demands. 
  • Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency within the Professional Services organization. 
  • Resource Utilization: Implement methodologies to maximize the utilization of resources across projects, balancing client needs, employee skillsets, and business objectives. 
  • Partner Collaboration: Collaborate closely with strategic and boutique partners to mutually augment our delivery capabilities, elevate implementation quality, and increase customer success. 
  • New Service Offerings: Identify market opportunities and lead the development of new and innovative service offerings that drive profitable revenue growth. 
  • Financial Performance: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the financial performance of the Professional Services division, taking proactive measures to drive profitability and growth. 
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Alliances, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment of Professional Services strategies with overall company goals and initiatives. 
  • Industry Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Professional Services delivery, leveraging insights to maintain Anaplan's competitive edge. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 
  • 10+ years of experience within Professional Services or Consulting, highly preferably within the Anaplan ecosystem. 
  • Experience developing and launching new service offerings or products is highly desirable. 
  • Strong strategic planning and operational management skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. 
  • Experience driving process improvements and implementing operational efficiencies. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal teams and external partners. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 

 

Base Salary Range:
$181,000$244,000 USD
