SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
Responsibilities:
- Utilize working knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce, Google Office, and Microsoft Office
- Create, edit, and submit Contract Manufacturing Purchase Order (CMPO) via NetSuite B2B EDI, adhering to company guidelines and processes; including billing and shipping addresses, pricing, and configuration
- Execute Expedite Requests using Smartsheet Software
- Manage NetSuite backlog from CMPO execution to Fulfillment using various NetSuite and Google reports
- Foster cooperative partnerships with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Contract Manufacturing, and other dependent functions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to resolve order issues and educate them on fulfillment policies and guidelines
- Maintain positive and professional communication internally and externally to resolve fulfillment issues
- Contribute to the department's growth by assisting in building scalable processes, supporting documentation, metrics, and improving quality.
- Possess basic knowledge of Bill of Materials.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role in a sales environment preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems in an order processing function.
- Experience working in a channel-driven sales organization.
- Ability to execute, adapt, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Flexibility to handle sudden, non-routine, and unstructured requests.
- Excellent data entry skills for quick and accurate data review and input.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; excellent listening, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills.
- Self-starter with a proven track record in a sales support role with stellar customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superior phone and email etiquette and ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers and peers.
- Integrity and accountability in all aspects of responsibilities.
