About PayPay Card
PayPay is a FinTech company that in the six years since its launch in 2018, has surpassed 65 million users (as of August 2024) and is rapidly expanding its business scale as a payment platform used by approximately one in two smartphone users in Japan.
PayPay Card was established in 2021 to provide users with more accessible and convenient FinTech services that were previously not possible with credit cards and credit services by integrating with the PayPay payment platform. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about refining our products at an overwhelming speed that no other company can match, and promoting the spread of cashless payments in Japan and the financial life platform that uses them. Main Responsibilities
- Track and analyze impact of launched projects using Looker Studio Dashboard
- Help product managers validate their ideas with data
- Build views and tables on Bigquery using SQL to organize datasets
- Provide business recommendations to find insights from data based on an understanding of credit card business
- Maintain dashboards for key business metrics and communicate to stakeholders on a regular basis.

- SQLを使用しBigQuery上にビューやテーブルを作成し、データセットを整理

- 主要なビジネス指標のダッシュボードを保持、定期的なステークホルダーへの報告
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of analytical experience with SQL
- Ability to communicate analytical outputs as valuable outcomes to stakeholders
- English language in message communication (>= Communication Level English)
- Business level of Japanese language in communication (>= JLPT N1)
- 3年以上のSQL分析経験
- 分析結果を価値のある結果としてステークホルダーへ伝えることのできる伝達スキル
- 英語コミュニケーションレベル以上 (メッセージのやり取りがメイン)
- ビジネス以上の日本語力 (JLPT N1)
Preferred Qualifications
- Track record of working in a very fast paced environment or a startup
- Worked with a Product Manager to propose business recommendation
- Experience in building data warehouses/data marts
- Ownership, willingness to work hard, and fearlessness to move forward
- Experience promoting a data-driven culture within a company

- In principle, 9:00am ~ 5:45pm (actual working hours: 7h45m + 1h break)
