Manager Brand Accelerator

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship for the accelerator brands
  • Conducting whitespace analysis and Working with the brands to enable expansion into new categories/article types
  • Analyzing various performance metrics of accelerator brands vis-à-vis platform and creating data driven insights on product, merchandising, customer, pricing, returns and visibility
  • Working with the internal teams across operations, finance, Category, Catalog, Returns, Technology and Revenue to ensure that Accelerator brand issues are prioritized and solved
  • Enhancing the Accelerator program structure to create differential experience for the brands from the current set of MP brands
  • Identifying and solving for sales opportunities on Flipkart for the brands
  • Co-owning the profitability through the brands for Flipkart
  • Work on onboarding new brands to the program by evaluating potential brands & effectively pitching the program features to these key brands

Qualifications & Experience 

 

  • MBA with 4+ years of experience or Graduate with 6+ Years of experience in Strategy / Planning / Sales / Operations / Program Management / Consulting 
  • Strong communication and project management skills 
  • Strong Analytical Skills, presentation skills and analytical skills 
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment 
  • Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage
