The Insider team is responsible for Myntra’s most loyal customers - Myntra Insiders. The team focuses on driving the most delightful, engaging and rewarding experience for this cohort
Roles & Responsibilities
Broad responsibilities will include:

Ownership of end to end Insider cohort experience

Conceptualize and drive strategic and tactical initiatives along with cross functional teams to enhance Insider customer experience

Measurement and Monitoring the program metrics to enable decision making for Insider program
Skills & Experience
-
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with high degree of ownership, self starter and ability to work in ambiguity

3-4 years of experience as Program management in the E-Commerce domain or loyalty program experience would be preferred.

Efficient project management skills. Should have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines

Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple projects.
- Distinctive stakeholder management, influencing skills to build and manage a complex ecosystem of internal and external partners

Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
