JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for managing business portfolio for the MFB brands. Portfolio includes women Jewelry, Scarves / stole, as well as other categories like Women Travel Accessories.

A comprehensive role which involves all aspects of business –

Strong product knowledge, understanding of costing, material & trim knowledge, understanding of design – predominance of Jewelry & Women Accessories in all these skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Range Planning

- Understanding of assortment planning

- Understanding of competition brands in ethnic wear space

Responsible for:

- Improving buying margins for the brand

- Introducing new raw materials including trends, fabric & trims

- Should have an understanding of how to optimise cost for products

- Strong hand on excel & data analysis skill
 

Collaborative Partnership

- Liasoning with all stakeholders including design, sourcing & PD teams

- Coordinating with Market place team & individual sellers

- Coordinating with sales and marketing for the growth of category

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

·       2-5 years of experience with ethnic background.

·       Familiarity with buying & marketplace management for relevant categories.

·       Understanding of Jewellery and Women Accessory market and sound business judgement.
