Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, manage and review the People Annual Operating Plan for the overall organization
partnering with the CXOs and FP&A leader
Partner and drive with the Business and HR leaders the governance and actions aligned to
achieve the targets outlined as a part of AOP
Conduct external benchmarking for compensation by working with various vendors and
participation in market surveys, compiling and analyzing various reports
Review existing pay ranges and work with the HR and Business leaders for any range corrections
Own the complete policies and benefits charter for Myntra
Review the administration of policies and drive continuous improvement by incorporating
feedback from various channels
Identification, assessment and onboarding of vendors for all new benefit programs/policies
Build and drive the strategy for policies/benefits branding both internally with the organization
and externally in the industry
Qualifications & Experience
Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in HR or similar from reputed institute with 6-8 years of relevant
experience. Exposure to annual compensation review process or benefits will be preferred
Proactive solution orientation & ownership and High attention to detail
Advanced spreadsheet skills (MS Excel, Google sheet)
Storytelling skills
Familiar with at any job evaluation method and exposure to working on compensation modules
of any HRMS/HRIS
