Job Summary : We are currently seeking a highly driven and enthusiastic Manager for Creative Direction- Fashion Content team in Myntra. Candidate should be a responsible leader with strategic thinking, effective communication, large scale project management and good interpersonal skills & abilities. They would be responsible for fashion content activations like Editorials, trend showcase, New Season launch campaign etc across Myntra platform. Strong fashion & graphic design knowledge is vital for the role along with interest in UI/UX. Can work in a fast paced & dynamic work environment with cross-functional collaborations.

Responsibilities and duties :
  • Drive creative innovation and trend storytelling via constant research on global graphic design, colour, typography & visual trends.
  • Build creative direction to elevate Myntra's trend storytelling with Fashion Editorials, SS & AW Campaign & online store, Myntra Homepage fashion content sections etc. Surfacing trends across apparel & non-apparel (beauty, home etc) with creative graphic design & aspirational image selection.
  • Manage campaign shoots with Art & Styling team.
  • Build synergy across teams like UI/UX, Copy, Curation, Store operations etc to create fashion content as per internal storefront calendar.
  • Focus on automation and scale by coaching & collaboration with external creative agency resources
Skills and qualifications :
  • Fashion expert - keeping up fashion forecast, current trends via catwalk + brands + publications. Has in-depth understanding of fabric, detail & silhouette fashion terminology.
  • Graphic expert - knowledge of trending visuals, layouts & typography. Knows Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD softwares
  • Effective presentation skills - key design & strategic presentations made across different projects
  • Strong project management skills - calendar planning across team, negotiating TATS with external teams, setting up process improvement SOPs
  • Keen interest in brand development & UI/UX  
  • More than 6+ yrs of experience in fashion & graphic design field
