Senior Manager - Rev & Growth, Social Commerce
As part of the social commerce team at myntra, you will be responsible for driving growth for our short-form video content platform, Minis along with scaling up engagement charter at Myntra.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define and plan sources of growth for Minis across customer cohorts, categories and business units.
- Liaise with stakeholders across revenue, storefront, product teams to implement the
defined strategy for short form video content platform
- Develop plans for critical output and input metrics based on overall business objectives, across traffic,customers, category, conversion% etc.
- Design structural A/B experiments to test hypotheses- work with relevant stakeholders to run experiments, and measure impact
- Drive strategic projects to enable disproportionate growth for Minis.
- Working with Prod teams to drive customer stickiness on the platform as part of Engagement Charter
- Working on multiple engagement initiatives - Streaks, Challenges & missions to deliver specific engagement led goals.
- Design hyper-segments of users and define objectives for each segment that will be
driven through the engagement construct
- Working closely with the product team to design interventions that will improve customer
experience/ drive higher growth/ drive efficiencies in economics
- Plan the quarterly and annual strategic roadmap for engagement and seek the level of investment
required (rewards) along with clarity on the impact that the construct will deliver.
- Experience : 4+ years
