Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Should have good Communication Skill.
2. Good Learning agility.
3. A Sense of ownership.
4. Resolve customer issues within the scope of existing service level agreements.
5. Ability to work as an individual contributor.
6. Risk Investigation: Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account take over, friendly fraud, theft and       similar other risks.
7. Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during investigation.


Qualification & Experience:

  • Should have a min of 1 to 3 yrs experience in the similar field.
  • Should have completed Graduation.
  • Should have basic Excel Knowledge.
