Functional Responsibilities:

  • Handling dispatch activities as well as automate the same by following and adopting best practices for SOPs/guidelines.
  • Lead & manage vendor dispute tickets within TAT. Must also lead activities in implementing SOPs and best practices with key stakeholders (vendors, warehouses, 3PLs etc).
  • Liaising with relevant teams and managing RTV operations (key KPI’s).
  • Work with data to analyse and subsequently publish details of stuck inventory/dispute with all stakeholders for corrective actions leading to better inventory hygiene.
  • Using data to drive analytical projects across all complexity levels and to generate key business insights & recommendations to enable decision making.
  • Work with stakeholders to streamline and automate Inventory Ops dashboards, trackers, and build lean systems.
  • MIS and data reporting – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly as per requirement.
  • Overall execution of day-to-day operations.
  • Team and Stake holder management.

Requirements (Including preferred experience, skills and competencies)

  • Good Advanced MS Excel knowledge is must.
  • Relevant Experience: 3 - 5 yrs
  • Excellent data analytical skills with knowledge of SQL, Python/R (preferred). Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Power BI is an added advantage.
  • A strong bias for action and speed of implementation, need to own projects from conceptualization to execution.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines.
  • Active problem solver who can work with data effectively.
  • Preferred (but not mandatory): Built automation process or systems in previous work experience or projects.
  • Preferred (but not mandatory): E-com experience.
  • Preferred (but not mandatory): Operations background.
  • Preferred (but not mandatory): Logistics/3pl managed.
