About Team

Central marketing digital team at Myntra is also called as RnF team. This team is responsible for all digital campaigns with key objectives around building brand awareness, event marketing (EORS / BFF), content distribution campaigns ( Myntra Studio etc ) & more. The team does heavy lifting in driving TOM, organic installs & sessions, new customer acquisitions and more.  Being a highly data oriented team, the key aspects of measurement frame works & data automation wrt to upper funnel campaigns rests with this team. From media mix planning, working with brand team on creative inputs & stitching full funnel view with performance team, RnF team is at heart of all marketing initiatives & strategy at Myntra.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan , execute & optimize upper funnel digital campaigns across DV360/ DCM / Facebook / Instagram & other digital publishers
  • Media planning campaigns to help campaigns attain key business objectives
  • Work with teams ( internal & external ) & guide them on planning & execution
  • Work with team in ensuring 100% maintaining of data sheets on regular basis capturing campaign data at day, week & monthly level views
  • Guide ageny teams on work going for Data Studio, ADH & other GMP stack related work
  • Work with brand team & share critical data based insights that help them plan & create better creatives, both video & static.
  • Ensure adaptation of latest digital practises & tools to drive higher efficiencies across media campaigns
  • Plan campaign flighting & creative distribution & creative phasing for campaigns where there are more than 2 hero films
  • Owns key metrics around new customers, organic installs & sessions , mind metrics & BLS score
  • Socialize plans across senior levels of marketing & non marketing org

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience of working on digital mandates that involves planning, execution & presentation of plans around DCM/ DV 360 / Facebook / Data Studio / ADH & more
  • Ability to manage large team ( internal & external )
  • Right mix of data centricity & creative point of view
  • Sharp articulation , should be able to convert data points into simple insights for teams & for CXO level
  • MBA is not mandatory. Minimum should be a graduate
  • Comes with ownership mindset
