Candidate will work with one of the verticals of RAPID brands. RAPID brands operate across various vertical ranging from Men Casual Wear, Women Western Wear, Women Ethnic, Loungewear, & Kids. The role will span across all possible aspects of business ranging from Selection, Scale, Margin, Intake, Inventory management, Pricing, & App Visibility. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Scale, Growth, & Margins
  • Driving new business initiatives (brand extension, new markets, & new business models etc)
  • Working with Planning for OTB, Intake, & Option plan; as per business requirement 
  • Leveraging technology tool to identify the latest trends, providing brief to design team, & closing handovers with sourcing team on monthly basis
  • Maintaining differentiation for Here&Now and Moda Rapido
  • Good product knowledge, understanding of design as well as costing required
  • To ensure required intake happens on time, and should be in line with BM% & MRP targets 
  • Timely inputs for all visibility avenues, and keep tab on pricing for optimization  
  • Responsible for assortment planning, & competitive benchmarking
  • Financial analysis - sales, margin, discount, inventory, & visibility etc related analysis

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • 4-6 years of experience with fashion background
  • Familiarity with category management for relevant category
  • Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
  • Comfortable with figures (collecting, analysing and interpreting data)
  • Ability to work in fast pace & dynamic environment
  • Liaison with multiple stakeholders
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
