About the role
We are looking for talented individuals passionate about building the excellent HR policies, process and operations, even using cutting-edge AI technology continuously improving daily work .This role is based in the Employee Experience Team of Human Resources and responsible for designing and implementing the global standard employee services, including but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding process, performance management…etc. to create an excellent service of employee experiences in Appier.
Responsibilities
- Manage people systems (HRIS) and lead related processes, policies or guidelines enhancement.
- Support new hire on-boarding process, off-boarding process, performance management…etc.
- Provide timely advice and support upon employee requests ( i.e. employee certificates…) or for internal HR teams
- Handle government compliance requests and HR audits
- Assist immigration tasks like work permit and/or visa for non-residents
- Organize and maintain accurate personal records and update internal databases.
- Open to take different challenges or back up teammates
- Vendor management and contract handling
- Engage in knowledge management and change management activities for projects and change requests.
About you
- 3 years and above HR experience
- High level of integrity
- Ability to demonstrate judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information. A good sense of confidentiality toward employee information.
- Clarity and accuracy toward data and information
- Adaptability to fast-paced environment and work/ tasks rotation
- Complex project management skill
- Excellence in root cause analysis and problem solving skills for any issue arising
- Good computer literacy (excel, word, and powerpoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, open to provide and receive feedback.
- Good English proficiency.
- Overseas HR experience is preferred
- HRIS or programming skill is preferred
