As a Global Sales Development Operations Manager, you:
  • Drive & continually strengthen cross-department collaboration between Sales, SDR, Marketing & DG
  • Align & organize teams to create increased awareness and precision of inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Bring a higher level success of support, planning & execution of pre/post process internal & 3rd party Regional Events process
  • Stay up to date on current events both internally & externally and plan/react when needed/appropriate
  • Create a strong & formal feedback loop process for internal partnerships
  • Partner with SAO Training team/Product Marketing team for ongoing SDR team product knowledge/education/updates

What You'll Do
  • Own & update weekly global sdr team focus calendar

  • Create & own virtual Marketing Event Calendar

  • Host a Bi-Monthly Outreach Meeting for Sales, Marketing,SDR leadership to connect to review upcoming events, Marketing campaigns & Crunchbase campaign plans/efforts

  • Create & be the point of contact for “Leavers” process (necessary processes for when a team member leaves the org/team)

  • Work with local SDR, sales & Marketing teams for awareness of what’s going on with DG/marketing efforts

  • Host Outbound checkpoints with marketing counterparts

  • Monitor BI & take action when rates/ratios start to dip in metrics

  • Work with global SDR outbound leaders, SDR management & Dept leader to initiate spiffs & special projects wherever/whenever appropriate/needed

  • Connect global sales leadership regularly to provide & receive direct feedback of SDR Marketing activity

  • Point of contact for SDR + Marketing event coordination organization/ setup/ strategies

    • Responsible for creation of Pre/Post internal + external events plan

      • Create SLA for internal & 3rd parties to set event expectations & timing

      • Schedule Pre & Post connects for SDR + Marketing teams

      • Outreach sequence & content creation

      • Notify SDRs when Post-Event Outreach sequences are ready as well as provide Lead List to reps for immediate response

      • Meeting with & rolling out to corresponding geographic SDR team members 

    • Create reporting for tight connection of pre/post event SDR team results to Campaigns

  • Outreach 

    • Cleanup

    • Lead Content creation

  • Monitor BI inbound results for each region and take action when needed

    • MQLs declining

    • MQL:Appt declines

    • Inbound appt creation declines

    • Inbound appt:Opp declines

  • Weekly global new non responded to mql check in with SDRs and SDR mgrs
