What You'll Do:

  • Be the Master of Routing: Take charge of a portion of our Routing table, as well as analyse, strategise, and make decisions that impact the quality and cost of our services.

  • Complex Analysis Extraordinaire: Delve into the intricacies of traffic types, balancing the delicate scales of cost versus quality, and ensuring our prices are just right.

  • Quality Guardian: Respond to Quality Alerts swiftly, maintaining the gold standard of Quality of Service as per industry norms.

  • Optimisation Wizard: Manipulate and fine-tune our routing selections to optimise costs or enhance quality, ensuring our customers get the best experience possible across a range of regional countries.

  • Champion of Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks in our internal tools and collaborate with key stakeholders to remove obstacles, making our day-to-day operations smoother than ever.

  • Data Dynamo: Provide invaluable data analysis to various stakeholders across functions, supporting our cross-functional needs with your analytical prowess.

  • Operational Maestro: Handle day-to-day operational tasks with finesse, ensuring our SMS and Voice termination services meet and exceed our Service Level Objectives.

 

Essential for the Role (Must Have):

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Cost/Price analysis, Voice and SMS routing, or Tech Support positions, setting the stage for your expertise.

  • Tool Proficiency: Mastery of MS Office/Google equivalent data analysis tools is a must, with exposure to Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau adding to your arsenal.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are your bread and butter, guiding your decisions and uncovering insights.

  • Global Mindset: Ready to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment, adapting your working style to meet objectives with ease.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey your findings and collaborate effectively with teams across the globe.

 

Nice to Have for the Role:

  • Project Management: Experience in project management adds another dimension to your capabilities.
