Why this role matters:

This role on the Digital & Customer Analytics team at Vonage will be responsible for creating actionable business insights and ensuring data integrity for advertising purposes. You will create opportunities to deliver business value through your expertise in digital analytics.

Where you will work:

Flex Worker - You will have home based days, but can be required to commute to the office for collaboration, customer meetings and presentations up to 3 days a week (exact days to be agreed with your line manager). 

You MUST be able to commute into one of our hub locations (Atlanta or Holmdel)

What you will do:

  • Support demand generation stakeholders with new reporting and 3rd party tracking requests. 
  • Implement new vendor tracking and Adobe Analytics tracking via Adobe Launch tag manager.
  • Understand key aspects of variable mapping, tags, server call types, cookies, Link Tracking, dataLayers, HTML & packet sniffing, identity management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that drive actionable insights for the marketing team in both Adobe Analytics and Tableau. 
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in web analytics tools by continually monitoring implementation. Develop automation scripts to check for data outages.
  • Complete user acceptance tests (QA and reporting confirmation) of new & modified implementation plans and/or products.
  • Conduct Ad-Hoc analysis and generate reports as needed for QAing implementations in Adobe Analytics, Snowflake and/or Tableau.
  • Keep up to date with changes in web analytics technology and how they affect our implementation and data.
  • Keep up to date with GDPR and privacy regulations and make necessary updates to web analytics tracking and cookie categorizations to support accuracy and legal compliance. 
  • Exhibit strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

What you will bring:

Required

  • Have working knowledge of Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Epsilon). 
  • Ability to quickly master tracking implementations of new third-party vendors and ad-tech such as 6thSense, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Adobe Target, etc.
  • Ability to quickly analyze and build reports in Adobe Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Experience with querying and analyzing hit level Adobe Analytics and granular customer level data.

Desirable

  • Proficient in JavaScript and SQL.
  • Can work independently across all areas of the full development lifecycle for implementing web analytics using JavaScript or Web SDK and tag managers.
  • Experience with DataLayer development with and without tag management solutions.
  • 7+ years of prior implementation experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Snowplow or similar web analytics tools.
  • Maintain integration with One Trust to deploy tags based on visitor’s consent.
  • Candidates should be flexible / willing to work within an AGILE development framework across multiple different development teams across the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate information – both written and verbal – to business and technical stakeholders.
