Why this role matters

As a Junior Service Delivery Manager at Vonage (based in Singapore), you will provide first class support to Sales and Operations teams to deliver successful services to our customers.

What you will do

  • Manage set up activities in several dashboard systems, for our customers to go live with any of our products
  • Actively collaborate with Operations entities, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to optimize the on-boarding process of customers
  • Work with each team (Operations, Sales, Support, Finance, Legal)  to resolve any challenges that arise in the service delivery
  • Streamline and improve business practices, including tools, templates and processes, to increase the efficiency of the Service Delivery team
  • Define and manage projects to deliver further operational efficiencies
