We're now hiring Lead Infant Teacher to join our founding team at our Guidepost Montessori school in the Hollywood Beach, FL area!

In this role, you'll create and lead a model infant classroom. Through your efforts, parents will see what's possible for their child when authentic, high-quality Montessori is alive and well in the prepared environment. You will be provided with a full set of high-quality materials from leading manufacturers, along with a classroom budget to make your classroom unique.

This is a full-time position, 8 hour paid day, 40 hour work week, and must be flexible to work between the hours of 7am - 6pm.

Your Role:

In this Lead Teaching role, you will create and lead a model classroom set apart from a traditional daycare setting. Through your efforts, parents will see what's possible for their child when authentic, high-quality Montessori is alive and well. You will be provided with a full set of high-quality materials from leading manufacturers, along with a classroom budget to make your classroom unique.

Have received a Montessori Diploma/Certificate for the 0-3 age group
Hold an Associates Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
Have completed the DCF training
Have experience leading a infant classroom
