We are now hiring a Lead teacher for our Children's House classroom (ages 3 to 6) at our lovely Guidepost Montessori school in Santa Clarita at Plum Canyon!

In this role, you'll create and lead a model classroom.  Through your efforts, parents will see what's possible for their child when authentic, high-quality Montessori is alive and well in the prepared environment. You will be provided with a full set of high-quality materials from leading manufacturers, along with a classroom budget to make your classroom unique.   

Salary for this position is depending on experience but in the range of $42-52k/year  

We offer a competitive salary and health, dental and vision insurance, as well as a generous tuition discount for up to two children at our school. We offer a 401K and a full tuition scholarship to earn your Montessori diploma!

  • 12 ECE or Child Development credits (required)
