About the Role

The Wrike team is currently very busy helping our clients successfully transition into efficient, productive and collaborative work from home companies! Though hiring cycles have slowed slightly due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are actively hiring for this position. We will be reviewing resumes and reaching out to qualified candidates to discuss updated hiring processes.

 

This role will lead a team of Sales Engineers and Enterprise Sales Engineers across EMEA and APAC. We are currently looking for a dynamic leader to lead and expand this team. 

A Typical Day Looks Like:

  • Guide and motivate a team of Sales Engineers to strategically position the value of Wrike during the sales process through robust technical knowledge and skills
  • Partner with Sales Engineering leadership in the US to define and execute on global strategy and processes
  • Manage daily triage and assignment of work requests from Sales and other business units
  • Connect Sales Engineers to key resources and clear roadblocks, enabling them to excel in their customer-facing activities
  • Onboard and mentor new Sales Engineers
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to Sales Engineers to strengthen technical expertise and strategic selling skills
  • Maintain a positive culture that inspires performance and achievement across a geographically-distributed team
  • Maintain and grow internal partnerships with various business units including Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing
  • Actively engage in attracting top talent for our rapid growth plans, including interviews and making hiring decisions
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • May require modified work hours to cover opportunities in other time zones and occasional travel for key accounts and internal meetings and events

About You  

  • Minimum of 2 years experience leading high-performing pre-sales teams
  • Miniumum 10 years experience in enterprise SaaS pre-sales capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Proven and demonstrable success as an individual contributor in a sales engineering role for the enterprise market segment
  • Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle and the role of Sales Engineering in enterprise sales
  • Strong leadership experience, with a focus on training, coaching, motivation, and career development
  • Deep understanding of enterprise system architectures, web services, and workflow automation technology
  • Ability to occasionally function in “Player/Coach” role that may include customer facing engagement
