Position Overview

Wrike is seeking for a skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our Mobile Development team. 

As a key member of our engineering leadership team, the EM will be responsible for driving the development of our enterprise SaaS mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. 

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in mobile development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to align/define/refine requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality software on time.
• Drive the technical direction and architecture of our mobile applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
• Establish and maintain processes and tools to streamline development and improve team efficiency.
• Actively participate in recruitment and hiring efforts to grow the mobile development team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise mobile application development, with a focus on both iOS and Android platforms.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, leading teams of software engineers.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, and Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications is required
