In this role, you will be an integral part of the Digital Acquisition Team, contributing to in-depth digital media analysis, optimization of digital channels, and delivering valuable insights to enhance our marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize various online marketing campaigns with focus on Paid search
  • Conduct regular campaign analysis, reporting, and optimization, including performance analysis, statistical evaluation, and message optimization.
  • Conduct monthly forecasting by channels
  • Utilize scripts and other automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain keyword bids, daily and monthly budget allocations, impression share, quality scores, and other essential account metrics.
  • Oversee the creation of extensive keyword lists.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and implement strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structure, targeting, and other aspects of paid search.
  • Create standardized reports to track and measure digital channel performance.
  • Develop visualizations to provide self-serve insights to key stakeholders.
  • Generate ideas for teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.

 Required skills & experience:

  •  3+ years’ experience with PPC (Google Ads, GDN, Facebook)  with Digital Analytics Experience, preferably B2B
  •  Hands-on experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimizing campaigns by relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, etc.
  •  Analytical mindset and creative thinker to strategize and execute on A/B tests within campaigns.
  • Strong Excel knowledge (at least lookups and pivot tables)
  • Data Visualization Skills
  • Passionate about exploring data to find insights
  • Resourceful with a can-do attitude
  • Very detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Good communication, collaborative demeanor and ability to work in distributed, multi-functional, multinational teams with the ability to articulate a point of view.
